Key Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a friendly, neat and pleasant image at all time
- Provide courteous service to guest and respond promptly and tactfully to guests enquires, complaints and requests.
- Work in close co-ordination with the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in training and orientating floor staff.
- Inspect rooms on the assigned floors, corridors and service areas to ensure that all assigned areas are up to the required standard.
- Report the status of rooms to the front office and check on discrepancies with the front office.
- Follow up on maintenance with the engineering department and see if it is done.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in 5 star hotel.
