He provides a warm, welcoming and engaging experience for all of our guests arriving and departing the hotel. Represents the hotel by professional appearance and manner at all times. Anticipate guest’s needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests inquiries accurately. Greet arriving guests; bid farewell to departing guests and invite them to return. Assists guest with loading/unloading luggage in and out of their vehicles. Open hotel doors for guests. Escort guests to Front Desk check-in area.


  • With at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel

  • Excellent command in English language.

  • Must be knowledgeable of the Opera system and Microsoft words

  • Proven track record of delighting guest

  • Highly motivated and passionate to do the job

  • Flexible and able to work long hours whenever needed

  • Proactive, vibrant and engaging to guests and colleagues

  • Has high attention to details
