You will be a part of our Culinary Team reporting to the Executive Chef.

Job Description

As an Admin Assistant you will be responsible to support the Culinary department with regards to managing and handling all administrative tasks and responsibilities in order to ensure flawless operations. You will be responsible to answer enquiries from both internal and external sources via email, mail, fax and phone and communicate within the concerned departments accordingly. It is further your task: to administer and control the purchasing and ordering process of the different culinary outlets throughout the hotel; to maintain an appropriate filing system in line with W Doha’s policies and procedures; and to provide support to the Executive Chef and Outlet Head Chefs with any administrative enquiries.


We expect you to have at least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role in the hospitality industry.
Previous Middle East Experience is preferred.
Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is a must. Proficiency in the Arabic language is beneficial.
We expect you to be proficient in Microsoft Office software.
