the moment we're looking Commis 3  to join our energetic,
enthusiastic and passionate team at Holiday Inn Muscat Al Seeb.



Holiday
Inn Muscat Al Seeb
is Set 2 km from Muscat City Centre shopping mall, this
laid-back, modern hotel is 9 km from Muscat International Airport. The 185
rooms equipped with an array of modern amenities and latest technology.



 



As Commis 3 you will be reporting directly to the Kitchen
In-charge and below are some of the key responsibilities:

·     Prepares kitchen equipment for use.

·     Assembles and prepare ingredients for menu
items

·     Prepares simple food items

·     Prepares food for service

·     Portions
and plates food

·     Assists with checking and receiving goods

·     Store goods

·     Maintain storage areas

·     Handle waste and linen

·     Maintain a
hygienic kitchen

·     Attends to
all briefings

·    Comply with Hotel Rules and Regulations and
provisions contained in the Employment Handbook 

·     Comply
with Company Grooming Standards

·     Comply
with Time and Attendance Policies   

·     Maintain
high standards of personal hygiene

·     To
maintain your departmental area in a safe, hygienic and presentable state at
all times as per HACCP guidelines and to report any damage to furniture,
fittings and equipment to your Supervisor.

·     Comply with the Company’s Corporate Code of
Conduct

·     Focus on
skill / self-development, shows keen interest in training / learning opportunities.



- Perform tasks as directed by the Manager in
pursuit of the achievement of business goals.

- Takes
charge of IInd Commis and if necessary in the absence of the Chef-in-charge and
ensure all the standards are maintained consistently.

- Accountable
to his chef incharge, Chef De Partie / Sous Chef
