JOB ROLE:



Reporting to the Shift
Leader, as a Club Lounge F&B Captain, you will assist in managing the effective F&B operations
of the Club Lounge to ensure customer service is at its best.

  • Ensure that all food and beverage facilities
    and equipment are cleaned, vacuumed, and properly stocked according to anticipated business volume. Notify Engineering immediately
    of any maintenance and repair needs.
  • Establish and achieve quality and guest
    satisfaction goals. Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest
    questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure a high level of guest
    satisfaction.
  • Interact with guests to ensure expectations
    are being met.
  • Demonstrate
    service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company
    standards including:
  • Being
    attentive to Guests
  • Accurately
    and promptly fulfilling Guests requests
  • Anticipate
    Guests needs
  • Maintain
    a high level of knowledge which affects the Guest experience
  • Demonstrating
    a ‘service’ attitude
  • Taking appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
  • Appreciate the dynamic nature of the Hotel industry and
    extend these service attributes to all internal customers
  • Fully in charge of the outlet operation during the
    absence of the line manager

Pleasant personality, presentable, energetic, service-oriented


At least 1 year experience in the same position in any other 5-star property


Good communication skills


Must speak English. Arabic and other languages will be an advantage.


College level
