Fully responsible for the daily VIP Luxury Palace operations, in coordination with the palace operational requirements through provides direction, Supervises, leadership and manages all levels of palace operations team.

Establishing superior standard and quality service, for developing highest level of personnel professional performance and controlling, planning, organizing and directing all operations and services including Food and Beverage, Housekeeping and maintenance.

Directly responsible for allocating appropriate resources over a span of premises.

Responsible for day to day operation of the palace, through coordination with Senior Management and Associates to ensure that all the necessary activities are executed to ensure total satisfaction.

Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Distinguishing Edge Service Standards through monitoring the progress and performance of the initiatives.

Make a complete daily property tour and inspecting maintenance works in the palace and any other premises assigned on time.

Inspects and documents the maintenance and cleanliness of the palace to ensure optimum cleanliness and overall palace appearance.

Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the office's policies, include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Ensure employees Punctuality, uniforms, personal hygiene and grooming standards to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of the royal family.

Conducts coaching/counseling sessions; performance evaluations; prepares performance improvement plans, disciplinary documentation.

Continuously monitor employees’ performance and provide on-the-job guidance and training.

Ensure palace and Villas allocation is properly carry out as according to specific request and preferences.

Participates and monitors monthly inventory of supplies and equipment. Ensures purchases made are within budget and by approved vendors.

To monitor Associates performances, follow up training and coaching to be provided if needed to fully enforce Distinguishing Edge Service Standards by setting proper example to instilled professional.

Track all expenses on a daily/weekly basis Responsible for creating continued education training and retraining programs to enhance and enforce all aspects of Luxury Services.

Detailed description of duties and responsibilities in relation to employees Communication and co-ordination to ensure instruction from Management is being conveyed and followed through.

To attend regular briefings and to share information with Associates, hold briefings to ensure information are shared consistently to ensure effective communication amongst all Associates in the department.

Formulation of policies and procedures, find ways and implement procedures to improve the efficiency of the operations that will benefit our internal and external operations.
