As a Recreation Membership Coordinator, you should be able to assist the Resort & Leisure Manager and Assistant Resort & Leisure Manager in the customer membership scheme of the Recreation Department. To coordinate with all current clients and potential clients to all issues related to membership.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in same role from a 5* Hotel

  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal

  • Able to create and maintain a membership database
  • ·         Excellent customer relations, problem solving and time management skills
