Dar Al Tawhid InterContinental Makkah is ideally located just steps away from Al Haram (The Holy Mosque). The hotel enjoys one of Makkah's most privilege settings. The hotel is just an hour's drive from King Abdul Aziz International Airport Jeddah and in close proximity to the city's business district.
You will be responsible for menu planning and production of Indian/South West Asian Cuisine. Should possess thorough skills and knowledge about South West Asian/Indian dishes including Tandoori specialties. You will be maintaining updated and accurate
costing and documentation of all dishes prepared and sold in the food
and beverage operations. You will control all food requisitions
and orders to ensure proper quantities and best quality is purchased.

This position requires
three to five years of similar experience in a Large and High Profile
At IHG we are committed
to developing our team and managing our talent and would encourage internal as
well as external candidates to apply for any of our vacancies. We require
a Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Management or related field, and five years
total experience in a hospitality or hotel F&B setting, with
direct supervisory experience over a sales team, or an equivalent combination
of education and experience. You must be able to travel to attend
workshops, trade shows, conventions, etc.
The ability to speak
multiple languages is preferred and you may be required to work nights,
weekends, and/or holidays.
