Department

You will be a part of our Beverage & Food Department reporting to the Banquets Manager.



Job Description

As a Banquets Talent Coach (Supervisor) you are responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of all in-house Banquet functions to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards while aiming at satisfying and exceeding the guests' expectations. It is your task to assign duties to reporting Talents; to constantly inspect events set ups, breakfast, lunch and dinner operations; to immediately communicate function changes or additional requests to the concerned departments; to accomplish a set of administrative duties such as leading and attending meetings, writing reports, maintaining a log book of activities, preparing work schedules in order to maximize efficiency of man power and payroll control as per directions of the Manager; to oversee that service areas and equipment are clean, well maintained and meet all hygiene, health and safety regulations; and to maintain strong communication within the department.



Requirements

We expect you to have 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations in five star properties.
Previous Middle East Experience is preferred.
You should have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role and knowledge in Micros system.
Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is a must.
