Job Description

 

An exciting position for a Front Office Agent has become available in our property. We are looking for a dynamic individual to support our Front Office team.The ideal candidate has at least one year experience in a role as Front Office Attendant or in a guest services role within the 4*/5* hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming our guests and ensuring highest guest satisfaction before, during and after their stay with us. 
  • Check-in, check-out, cashiering and handling guests' requests.
  • Handling guest complaints to their utmost satisfaction

Competencies: 

The ideal candidate has the following qualities and competencies:

  • Fluent in English and German language and ideally able to communicate in any other language, preferably. 
  • Is efficient, organized, dynamic and well-groomed.
  • Has knowledge or Opera system.
  • Keen to learn and grow within a dynamic multi-cultural environment. 
  • Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
