The Location

Our modern eight storey hotel is located close to the Olaya business district, within easy reach to business centers such as Al Faisalyah and Kingdom Tower. With such an iconic location as this, access to the hotel via any one of the major arterial roads into and out of Riyadh ensures your arrival and departure will be easy. Our dedicated conference floor offers 16 meeting rooms of various combinations, from a boardroom table of 10 guests to larger venues to suit over 120. With a choice of over 290 accommodation rooms, and suites, dining outlets, and modern gymnasium, the choice will be yours for the making.


We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Sales & Marketing team for the opening as Sales Manager.


The position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities for the hotel. You will also be involved in building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of the hotel sales objectives.


You will specifically have the following job responsibilities:

Ø Analyse the market information and assist the Director of Sales to develop the sales strategy of the hotel

Ø Actively solicit the clients and develop long term relationships

Ø Developing and implementing the strategy of generating business for the hotel

Ø expand the database of the hotel, and bring new businesses to the hotel

Ø Represent the hotel in the various trade shows and maximise the business opportunities

Ø Responsible for the sales responses, hotel site visits and sales negotiations



Ø  Minimum 2 years hotel sales experience within the middle east 

Ø  University graduate in hotel management or equivalent

Ø  Ø  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point

Ø  Bilingual with excellent written & verbal communication skills

Ø  Strategic thinking, planning, forecasting and leadership skills
