Duties:

He provides the first and last impression to guests, handles guest requirements, gives accurate directions and necessary information to guests, assists with guest luggage, escorts guests to the room, and delivers messages, parcels and guest amenities. Consistently delights guest by providing an engaging experience straight from the heart. Promotes guest loyalty to the Hotel and the company.

Requirements:

  • With at least 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel
  • Excellent command in English language. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of delighting guest
  • Highly motivated and passionate to do the job
  • Flexible and able to work long hours whenever needed
  • Proactive, vibrant and engaging to guests and colleagues
