He/she is responsible for the production of all cold items for buffet, all day dining and banqueting. Must ensure and maintain proper stocks, maintains cleanliness and order at the workplace at all times. Ensures work quality and cost control in mind. Consistently abides the Shangri-La food safety practices. Consistently provides an excellent dining experience to all our guests.
- With at least 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotels
- Priority will be given to those who possess a certificate/award obtained from culinary arts competition.
- Good command in English language
- Very knowledgeable in Food & Hygiene Sanitation standards
- Highly motivated and passionate to do the job
- Flexible, able to work long hours and assist in other areas whenever needed
- Proactive, vibrant and engaging to guests and colleagues
