Responsible for providing complete and accurate information in response to colleagues and guests queries and assist in creating favorable public images as part of the service
Responsible for ensuring guest preferences are recorded and prepared prior to arrival.
Pleasantly welcomes and assists guest at all time
- With at least 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel
- Excellent command in English language. Fluency in Arabic or Mandarin language is a must.
- Good knowledge of the Opera system and Microsoft words
- Proven track record of delighting guest
- Good up selling skills
- Highly motivated and passionate to do the job
- Flexible and able to work long hours whenever needed
- Proactive, vibrant and engaging to guests and colleagues
