DUTIES:  

  • Responsible for providing complete and accurate information in response to colleagues and guests queries and assist in creating favorable public images as part of the service

  • Responsible for ensuring guest preferences are recorded and prepared prior to arrival.

  • Pleasantly welcomes and assists guest at all time

Requirements:

  • With at least 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel
  • Excellent command in English language. Fluency in Arabic or Mandarin language is a must.
  • Good knowledge of the Opera system and Microsoft words
  • Proven track record of delighting guest
  • Good up selling skills
  • Highly motivated and passionate to do the job
  • Flexible and able to work long hours whenever needed
  • Proactive, vibrant and engaging to guests and colleagues
