Executive Assistant Manager I/C Sales & Marketing Indian Ocean/South East Asia.
We are seeking an experienced DOSM to take on a newly created role for this luxury resort hotel as EAM i/c S&M. The successful person will have demonstrable luxury resort sales experience combined with the ability to handle the day-to-day operations, working with the GM, on-property team, regional and head office teams.
This requires a competent person, who ideally will have had some operational exposure during their career or has an innate aptitude to move into this important, high profile role. They will be able to manage change, know how to get buy-in from all stakeholders, be a strong leader yet hands-on, engaging and diplomatic whilst commercially focused to make sure that business is optimised and guest expectations met.
They will have had on-property sales experience in at least two leading resort locations e.g. Asia, (Bali, Thailand etc), Mauritius, Seychelles, The Maldives with recognised five star luxury hotels. Indian Ocean experience is highly desirable.
This will appeal to someone single or willing to travel single status as the infrastructure does not support family/schooling etc
