Job Description

The right candidate will be responsible for all activities and matters that effect the preparation & service of food & beverage products, responsible to conduct a departmental orientation for all his/her staff after they have completed the hotel orientation by following a prepared departmental orientation outline ensuring thorough knowledge and familiarizations of the department & other work units the staff will be working in.
In addition He/ She will be responsible for:
• achieving his goals, objectives, budget revenue, average check and number of covers
• maintaining great relation with Guest, Suppliers, Management and Team
• carrying out food promotions held in his outlet (printing of menus-staff uniform, music & entertainment with concerned person in charge)
• checking on a daily basis “Special menu of the day
The right candidate will be an organized professional who has the ability to interact positively with customers and to resolve guest and associate issues. This position is great for someone that enjoys going above and beyond for guests while working in a supportive team atmosphere


•High school or equivalent education required.
•Minimum of five years food and beverage service background and with at least three-year restaurant supervisory experience required
•Excellent level (or mother tongue) of knowledge in English and Italian: written and verbal

•Will be able to work variable shifts which would include weekends and holidays
