Radisson Blu Hotel & Park Inn by Radisson Abu Dhabi Yas Island are offering a great opportunity for a young, dynamic, motivated individual to take on the position of “Hotel Trainer” for both properties.

Hotel Trainer

The main objective of this role is to ensure and strengthen the training & development in the hotels, to identify and develop suitable training solutions and to meet the set standards as well as legal obligations of the hotels.

As the Hotel Trainer, you will take care of the training and development section, directly reporting to the Director of Human Resources. Your key responsibilities are the coordination of the monthly training calendar with workshops and session being either conducted by yourself or one of the departmental or corporate trainers in the hotels by working closely with the Director of Human Resources, the Department Heads and the in-house trainers to identify training and development needs. Regular spot checks throughout the Hotels and reporting on what standards are being achieved or not achieved will also be an important task. It will be your responsibility to create and implement workshops and training sessions as required.

Of course, our new joiners will be in good hands with you as you are ensuring that they receive all orientation and corporate training as required. You will also support Department Heads to guarantee a proper introduction within the relevant departments.

Part of your daily business will also be the maintenance of our employee development database with recommendations and the support and coordination of cross exposures.
