Job Description

The Club Service Agent will provide our club and suites guests with an on brand personalized Sheraton Club experience by following and implementing Sheraton Club program as per Brand Standards/Guidelines.



Requirements

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities.

He or She:

- Has food and beverage experience;
- Has at least one year customer service experience;
- Has excellent personal image;
- Is open to learn new skills, passionate and dedicated to execute exceptional service;
- Preferably Arabic Speaking candidate with good spoken English.
