Food & Beverage
Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all F&B related matters and maintain a high standard of service and quality delivery at all times. Exposure to Micros and daily operations of the F&B venue, by rotating within the different sections such as, Waiter, Bartender and Order taker. Gain understanding of Micros, the menu and table positioning and develop the skills to serve the guests according to St. Regis standard.
The program offers challenging assignments complemented by learning components of Food and Beverage. This combination of practical experience, formal and in formal training and support by personal mentoring provides the trainee a unique opportunity to develop with Starwood hotels.
A minimum of a 6 months commitment.
Must have an open and friendly attitude
Currently working toward or graduating from a reputable Hotel School/ Business School.
Must dispose good communication skills and be fluent in English (verbal and written).
2nd language is of advantage
