Purpose In line with UAE’s vision to encourage young UAE Nationals in the hospitality industry, we are aiming to launch a new initiative, the “Lapita Dubai Parks & Resorts Autograph Collection Hotel National HaoProgramme”, which aims to give motivated UAE National high school graduates an opportunity to work in Lapita Dubai Parks & Resorts Autograph Collection Hotel’s Hotel operations. Candidates will have the opportunity to join a one year training programme where they will receive direct training and guidance from the senior team at Lapita Dubai Parks & Resorts Autograph Collection Hotel Group.
Program Outline Structure of the Program The Lapita Dubai Parks & Resorts Autograph Collection Hotel UAE National Hao Program will offer classes and training for the high school graduates and will be structured as follows; Week 1 - Orientation week - where the candidates will learn about the history and future plans of the Lapita Dubai Parks & Resorts Autograph Collection Hotel and will also visit a number of other Marriott Properties in the UAE. Weeks 2 to 12 – A 12 week induction program consisting of 5 days in hotel operations with work experience in Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Office, Sales Accounting, Recreation and Leisure Upon completion of the first 12 weeks, the candidates will spend the rest of the year working fulltime in several operational Departments that will be determined once a performance review has been completed.

Career progression During the third quarter of the programme, Graduates will participate in a career discussion to discuss suitable roles after the programme has finished. At the end of the programme, Graduates will be eligible to apply for roles within Lapita Dubai Parks & Resorts Autograph Collection Hotel. Buddying by experienced UAE Nationals Throughout the one year programme, candidates would have the opportunity to buddy with high performing UAE Nationals and expatriates in their Department to further develop their talents and skills.
Required Criteria The candidates should be high school degree holders to join the Lapita Dubai Parks & Resorts Autograph Collection Hotel Hao Programme, between the ages of 18 - 21 years and with less than two years of work experience. (negotiable)
