Management
  1. To repair and rectify all defects and faults of all HVAC installations, Systems, equipments and machineries.
  2. Responsible to maintain all mechanical rooms; such as Chillers Yard, Boiler Room, AHU Room.
  3. Responsible to take all parameter readings and report them to supervisor.
  4. Responsible to keep clean AHUs, Chillers, Water pumps, Cooling Coils, Sensors, and Condensers.
  5.  Responsible to clean all boiler tubes, heat exchangers, and plant room.
  6. Responsible to calibrate and check Sensors, Controllers, Dampers, Motors, Valves, and to ensure that the strokes of the valves are fully seated.
  7. To maintain all types of Air-conditioning Systems, such as; AHU, FCU, Split Unit, to monitor all chillers.
  8.   Responsible for checking all Cold rooms, Freezers, Ice cube making machine, Exhaust Fans, Supply fans. To reset temperatures of all cold rooms accordingly.
  9. Responsible to check and adjust fresh air and ventilation system of all the building according to the requirement. VFD should be monitored accordingly.
  10. Responsible that all the VAV system is working properly.
  11. Responsible that Aluminum filters and bag filters are in good condition.
  12. Guestrooms Fan Coil Units, Aluminum Filters, and Strainer should be clean as per schedule.
  13. All HVAC system log sheets should be updated everyday, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
  14. Must be familiar with all domestic system and S.T.P system.
  15. Responsible for testing and maintaining of Fire Alarm System.
  16. Responsible for replacement of all defective parts and return them to store.
  17. Responsible for the repair of electrical appliances.
  18. Responsible for planned preventive maintenance.
  19. Must be willing to join the hotel fire squad.
  20. Maintaining and cleaning of his tools.
  21. To keep the work area clean.
  22. Smart and clean appearance.
  23.  To have clear understanding of Hotel’s Fire Drill and must have sufficient knowledge & training to take all the safety measures in case of fire and emergency.
  24. To be well aware of Hotel Staff Handbook and regulations stated therein.
  25. To maintain daily logbook.
  26. To help other engineering colleagues whenever requested.
