Energetic Fast Learner Great Public Speaking English and Arabic Language Communication skills   Business Results Balanced Scorecard Results:  Implements strategies and executes activities to drive and continuously improve financial results, guest satisfaction, human capital index and market share.   Essential Functions   To support the organisation and execution of training plans and activities based on the property’s strategic goals, property’s overall objectives and mission statement.   Key Result Areas and Responsibilities:  
  • Demonstrate positive relations with all associates internal and external.
  • Develop on-property training calendars based on associate needs linked to the Cluster calendar.
  • Give timely response to associate requests, questions and suggestions.
  • Create and innovate new ideas for future training and development programs.
  • Be a Champion of Passports to Success
  • Review GSS &AOS results with Cluster Dir Training to assess property needs
  • Update database recording all training given by, associate, position and department ensuring that all training programs are fulfilled.
  • Update the training database with: new hires, separated associates, changes, training participation.
  • Update the Training Record in the Personal file of all associates.
  • Update Intern training database.
  • Welcome all new associates and interns.
  • Regularly attend 15-minute trainings of all departments.
  • Assist in Passports to Success
  • Assist in all mandatory trainings as outlined in HR Audit
  • Undertake special projects as necessary.
  • Ensure Training Room and office remain neat and clean.
  • Coordinate booking of training rooms according to the hotel’s monthly training plan.
  • Prepare and distribute memos for each training session including the monthly training plan.
  • Follow-up enrolments for each on-property training session.
  • Support for preparation of materials for on-property training classes (including copies and translations).
  • Support the Director of Human Resources & Cluster Director of Training in the organisation of core management classes on property (bookings, communication with participants, training materials) and off-property.
  • Provide administrative support in finding and maintaining relation with outsourced training providers; coordinate enrolments in certification training as required by law.
  • Prepare training related reports as requested by hotel management.
  • Prepare necessary documents for each intern (agreement, deadly sins rules, uniform fitting etc.).
  • Distribute Orientation checklist and to each new associate.
