Job Description

The Laundry Talent Coach is responsible for supporting the Housekeeping Manager achieving the short and long term planning and day-to-day operations of the Laundry department. Specific duties include ensuring standards and procedures are consistently applied, in addition to coordinating activities with other departments in order to facilitate the achievement the hotel's goals.

Proven Track record in hospitality in area of expertise
Knowledgeable about Laundry Procedures
Knowledgeable of latest Housekeeping trends, tools, equipment, technology
Ability to train, motivate, evaluate, mentor and direct talents
Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure
