  • Candidate MUST have prior experience within Thailand as a General Manager with large hotels having more than 350 rooms or serviced apartments

We are looking for a highly skilled Thai national who could work as the General Manager to lead and manage operations for a large property that features nearly 450 deluxe serviced apartments. The property is known for uncompromising quality in all services including Food and Beverage standards.

Position Specifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as General Manager with large hotels or serviced apartment properties in Thailand
  • Must have strong Rooms Division background with thorough knowledge of F&B services
  • Must have exceptional Sales and Marketing experience to drive promotions and bottom line revenue
  • Proven track record with regards to cost control
  • Ensuring perfect coordination between individual departments
  • Strong operational background with hands-on attitude to daily operations and exceeding guests expectations
  • Natural leader and strategist
  • Project Management experience is highly desirable
  • Great motivator and communicator
  • Passion for superior service, standards and product
