The Training Officer provides a proactive and supportive Training service, upholding the goal of Hotel goals. The Training Officer should assist the Human Resources Manager develop and implement initiatives which embrace Hotel values and ensure that all talents are treated in a positive, fair and supportive manner throughout their employment.
