Key Job Responsibilities
Oversee accommodation and transportation of overflow guests in cases of full emergency. Inspects the lobby including the driveway, valet parking, lobby restrooms, elevators and informs department concerned of findings. Ensures that all Front Office standards are maintained by regular spot checks and observations taking corrective action and retraining. Cooperates in the performance of any reasonable task requested by the management. Escorting VIPs to their rooms when necessary.  Informs other operating departments, notably Housekeeping of all Front Office matters that concerns them. Ensures effective communication and cohesive working relationships within the team and with other departments. Establishes and maintains effective employee relations Provides input to Front Office department monthly meetings.

  Qualifications  
  • Minimum education of a bachelor’s degree in business management, administration or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in Rooms or Reception experience in a similar capacity preferably in a 5-star environment.
  • Knowledgeable in all Guest Services Division Operations
  • Have Excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken
  • Possesses professional disposition with excellent supervisory and customer service skills.
