At the moment we're looking for a Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our Crowne Plaza & Holiday Inn Kuwait Al Thuraya City team.



 
Under
the general direction of the Manager / Assistant Manager of Finance and
Business. Ensure
that all invoices are prepared on time and according to the agreement with T/A
& companies. Supervise the Account Receivable Section, ensuring that their
task is completed on daily basis. You'll review on daily basis City Ledger transfer
report, ensuring that all balances are documented and covered by Travel Agent
Voucher or company covering letter. Ensure that all employees city ledger are
transferred to their proper account. Ensure that all payment is transferred to their
proper accounts on daily basis.  Ensure, on monthly basis that city ledger aging
balances are accurate.  Ensure that all invoices are transferred to
their proper accounts.  Prepare invoice delivery sheet, ensuring that
all invoices are properly documented.  Ensure on daily basis that City Ledger is
balanced with G/L.  Coordinates the matters of credit as appropriate.  To follow up with F/O on the outstanding
invoices on daily basis.  

Ideally, you'll have an accounting qualification, Certificate or higher, previous
hotel experience of 02 to 04 years is required preferably in a hotel industry, be proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Opera and Micros will be highly regarded. Relevant
degree in Financial background.  Proactive
team player. To
be able to communicate effectively and efficiently in both languages English
& Arabic – both written & verbal.  To
be responsible with the tasks assigned/dedicated to complete the tasks assigned
within the given time (time management).
