Guest Service Agent
We are looking for an experienced customer service professional who is highly motivated, well organized and has the ability to Supervise a team of dedicated service providers. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer relations skills and the ability to be proactive and innovative ensuring our guest experience in the Novotel surpasses expectation.
Working closely with the Assistant Front Office Manager you will be responsible for setting and maintaining new standards of excellence in customer experience on arrival, during and on departure creating an atmosphere of outstanding professional friendly service at every customer touch point.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience as a GSA/Receptionist in a large quality Hotel chain; have an outgoing gregarious personality and an impeccable personal appearance.
