Director of C&B Operations
As a Director of C&B Operations you will lead, manage and organize all aspects of the re-active inquiry handling administration of the Conference & Banqueting Department to the highest professional standards and in accordance to the standard operating procedures as issued by the Director of Food & Beverage, whom you will also report to.
You will submit proposals in line with SOP guidelines, in coordination with the Food & Beverage Office and Catering & Banqueting Sales Department, ensure follow-up procedures & negotiations are carried in accordance to set guidelines and policies. You will directly accountable, in conjunction with the C&B - Operations Manager, for the Al Faisaliah Hotel & Suites and Hotel Al Khozama operations, inclusive of all outside catering.
Working closely with the Director of Catering & Banqueting Sales & his team to ensure the entire pro-active & re-active sales & administration team are fully aware of the state of the business on the books in terms of OPT, TEN & DEF bookings. Thus ensuring consistent price strategy & service delivery to both internal & external guests & also what needs to be done to maximize all yield opportunities
Arabic speaking candidates are preferred
Previous experience in similar luxury and large operation in the same position or as an Assistant Director
Fluent in English and accustomed to high-end functions
