Manager. You’ll have ambition, talent
and obviously, some key skills. For this vital role, we’re looking for
someone who will be responsible to perform the following tasks as per standard:
Restaurant Manager, manages the day to day operation of the restaurant service
sections and informs the Assistant F & B Manager of any decision taken
which did require his/her action and any other relevant information, assumes the duties and responsibilities of
the Assistant F & B Manager in his/her absence, interact and builds relationships with restaurant
clientele, controls and analyses, on an
on-going basis, the quality level and presentation of food and beverage
products, service standards, sanitation, hygiene, condition and cleanliness of
facilities and equipment, establishes and maintains effective employee and
inter-department working relationships, conducts such functions as
interviewing, employee orientation, performance evaluation, hiring, appraisals,
coaching, counselling and taking disciplinary actions to ensure the appropriate
staff productivity and efficiency, conducts daily briefings and
in other meetings as needed to obtain optimal results, supervises, coordinates
and directs the prompt, efficient and courteous service to ensure that
standards are met.

from a university in Hotel Management is preferred
Ambitious and eager

Proven track of a minimum 2 years’
Treat the restaurant as his own business
Is able to work independently

Have prior GCC experience
Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage
