As a Paper Moon Talent Coach you will be a part of our Beverage & Food department reporting to the Restaurant Manager.
As a Paper Moon Talent Coach (Supervisor) you are responsible for supervising the day to day operations of the outlet to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards while aiming at satisfying and exceeding the guests' expectations. It is your task to assign duties to reporting Talents; to constantly inspect the Outlet set ups ; lunch and dinner operation; to oversee that servicing equipment are clean, well maintained and meet all hygiene, health and safety regulations; to ensure safety of all equipment deliveries; to maintain strong communication within the department.
As a Talent Coach you are required to conduct duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with W Doha policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of service is maintained.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations preferably in a luxurious property is required.
Previous Middle East Experience is preferred.
A College Degree or a Diploma in Hotel Management or in a related filed are required.
We expect you to have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Micros.
Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is a must. Proficiency in Italian language will be added advantage.
