KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
 
Job Summary :-Primary role is to manage the revenue and sales
plan of the Spa &Heath club, to ensure the best possible use of the Recreation space
for revenue generating purposes.Secondary role is to ensure the overall operations
of the Recreation department.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities –

1.       To ensure the smooth running of the operations of the recreation
department.

2.       Work with the team to maintain a warm, welcoming and friendly
atmosphere, ensuring guest courtesy is to the highest standards at all times.

3.       Analysis revenue data, sales & marketing
figures, member usage and retention information to report progress and create
action plans to counter any negative areas. 

4.       To coordinate with all recreation team members in ensuring that all recreation
department fire, life and safety procedures, as well as rules & regulations
are strictly observed by all.

To address any inquiries and complaints with knowledge, accuracy and
confidence.

5.       Lead the development of the department regarding new products and
service standards.

6.       Assist senior team within the department by helping them to develop in
there role and encourage them with their self development.

7.       Attend and input at management meetings as required

8.       Co-operate
with the company to achieve compliance with FLS legislation

9.       Take moral and
legal responsibility for conducting themselves in their work so they do not
expose themselves or others to risk

10.       Read,
understand, and implement the relevant sections of the FLS Policy

11.       Sign the
Employees' Declaration having read and understood the relevant sections of the
FLS Policy

12.       Not promote or
participate in horseplay, pranks, or practical jokes, which may result in an
accident or injury

13.       Not
intentionally or recklessly interfering with anything provided in the interests
of safety

14.    Make careful
use of safety equipment, such as gloves, goggles, aprons, overalls, shoes, and
so on

15.    Return safety
equipment to its designated storage area after use, and reporting any equipment
damage to the supervisor

16.    Take
reasonable care when storing, handling, and using chemicals and dangerous
substances, lifting and carrying, and using or cleaning dangerous work
equipment, including machines

17.    Not undertake
any activity which compromises their personal FLS, or the FLS of others

18.    Report all
accidents, dangerous occurrences, or hazards, no matter how minor, to the
supervisor or Heads of Department.

Decision

      Within the budgetary boundaries of the Spa and Healthclub.
