You will part of our Welcome Desk Team reporting to the Welcome Office Manager.

Job Description

As a Welcome Desk Agent it is your main function to provide a professional, efficient and seamless arrival and departure experience for our guests while granting our guest’s wishes and creating memorable stay. It is your further task: to check-in guests after verifying the required information; to process any inquiries in a timely manner to ensure highest level of guest satisfaction; to arrange the needful measures for guest recovery; to ensure correct cash handling procedures; to promote the Starwood Preferred Guest Program while providing recognition and benefits to all present members; to assign rooms according to guest’s requests; and to exchange currencies upon guest requests.


You are the type of person that never says no, you always aim to exceed customer expectations, you are a great communicator, you demonstrate team spirit and cooperation, and act with professionalism and integrity.
You like to take ownership, you learn, develop and adapt to change and you can work independently, take initiative and pay attention to detail.
A Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
You must be fluent in the English language (both written and verbally). Proficiency in the Arabic Language is beneficial.
We expect you to have knowledge of Fidelio or Opera.
Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in a luxurious hotel, preferably in the Middle East, is required.
