Job Function / Summary:

Accommodating all guests needs, Completing all daily reports and tracking, Ensuring to maximize all Appointment agendas, Communicating to staff of daily schedules, To reach Reception retail targets, To deal with any guest complaints, To communicate to the manager daily briefings,

RESPONSIBILITIES

: Communicate clearly friendly to all guests
: To Upgrade and help all guests with home recommendations
: To be a hostess of the reception area offering refreshments and natural conversation to the guests
: To work in a stressful environment from time to time
: To be able to Deal with conflicting situations
: To be responsible for guests lockers and reception cleanliness
: Computer literate
: Smart groomed appearance
: Telephone Etiquette
: Knowledgeable of the spa branding concept and product houses we use
: To be motivated and self-reliant
: To participate in other tasks such as seminars small demonstrations,
: To always smile
: To understand the Health and Safety regulations and know the SOP‘s of the spa
: To be empowered to make decisions on their own when needed
: Strong team player
