An exciting role for an enthusiastic Head Chef specialising in Pan Asian Cuisine.The head Chef will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen and brigade including:
To provide an efficient and cost effective food service;
To manage all aspect of the kitchen including COGs, labor cost, overall standards, maintenance, training, quality, hygiene compliance;
To strive for the highest practices and ensure that Guests receive the best possible overall experience;
To work effectively in a fast-paced environment while displaying excellent organizational and human relations skills;
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong passion for food & beverage and knowledge of Pan Asian cuisine and fine dining service.
Proven experience managing a team in an upscale destination restaurant.
4 years management experience in an Asian-style kitchen with previous opening experience would be beneficial.
Excellent team leadership and administrative skills required.
Knowledge of the cultural and demographic way of life in Tehran and an open mindset of cultural diversity is essential.
