General Manager - Specialising in Pan Asian cuisine & fine dining service.
An exciting role! The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business including F&B COGs, labor cost, overall standards, maintenance, sales, marketing initiatives, training and the Front of House operation, working closely with the culinary team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and consistency of the Pan Asian Restaurant concept, while supervising, coordinating and maintaining the company standards while exuding a passion for service.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong passion for food & beverage and knowledge of Pan Asian cuisine and fine dining service.
Proven experience managing a team in an upscale destination restaurant.
4 years management experience in an Asian restaurant with previous opening experience would be beneficial.
Excellent team leadership and administrative skills required.
Knowledge of the cultural and demographic way of life in Tehran and an open mindset of cultural diversity is essential.

- To work effectively in a fast-paced environment while displaying excellent organizational and human relations skills;
