He / She will oversee the application of the service and behavioural standards and supervise the maintenance of departmental operating procedures, in line with the brand’s specifications.

He / She will review and answer the guest satisfaction comments.

He / She will analyze the comments surveys and scores and will be a driving force for change and betterment, providing support to department heads to identify key areas of improvement and plan adequate actions.

Excellent English, both verbal and written is a pre-requisite and fluency in an additional international language will be an advantage.

Hospitality background in a luxury environment.

Proven experience at Management level , preferably within rooms division or other operational departments.

Outstanding personal presentation is a must.

Digitally savvy and methodical.

Bachelor degree in hospitality management

Quality certification or degree appreciated
