The Location

Our modern eight storey hotel is located close to the Olaya business district, within easy reach to business centers such as Al Faisalyah and Kingdom Tower. With such an iconic location as this, access to the hotel via any one of the major arterial roads into and out of Riyadh ensures your arrival and departure will be easy. Our dedicated conference floor offers 16 meeting rooms of various combinations, from a boardroom table of 10 guests to larger venues to suit over 120. With a choice of over 290 accommodation rooms, and suites, dining outlets, and modern gymnasium, the choice will be yours for the making.



          As a Room Attendant, you are responsible for upkeep of the guest rooms, and the public areas. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Clean, sweep, vacuum and mop the floor in guest rooms, public spaces, sorting area, storage closets and chute rooms.

  • Check assigned floors, including storage areas, for required cleaning throughout the day.

  • Report necessary maintenance to the supervisor.

  • Return and properly tag all lost and found articles in the Housekeeping Office.

  • Attend to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Pick up soiled linen, sort and empty linen bins throughout the day.

  • Provide courteous, professional service and maintain a good working relationship with your own colleagues and with all departments.

  • Support the Housekeeping department in the daily operation and work.

  • Ensure a safe work environment for you and co-workers and uphold safety guidelines of the hotel.

  • Complete all other duties as assigned.




  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Must be in excellent physical condition and be able to lift heavy objects.

  • Flexible and willing to learn.

  • Physically fit (job includes pushing, pulling and lifting of trolleys and beds).

  • Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
