Job Description

As  Supervisor, you serve as an integral component of the outlet function by supporting the Food & Beverages Team.

Outlet Supervisor will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

1.To assist the outlet in efficiently managing the area, according to the established concept statement.
2.Ensure that SOP.  Basic standards are adhered to in order to achieve the level of service established in the Departmental operations Manual.
3.To assign responsibilities to subordinates and to check their performance periodically.
4.To take a hands on approach in the operation of the outlet.
5.To ensure that the par stocks and FIFO system for all operating equipment  and supplies are strictly adhered to and that the outlet is adequately equipped.
6.To assist in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
7.To assist in controlling the requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies.
8.To establish a rapport with guests maintaining good relationship.
9.To assist in planning the outlet weekly roster and work schedules to ensure that the outlet is adequately staffed to handle the level of business.
10.To ensure that the outlet is kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of the house.
11.To assist training for the associates in accordance to the Annual Training Plan, in order that the associates have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
12.To liaise and inform the Food and Beverage Department and Human Resource Department of all training.
13.To ensure that all associates provide courteous  and professional service at all times.
14.To assist in the building of an efficient team associates by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development.
15.To assist in the training of the associates ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with maximum efficiency.
16. To supervise the associates within the department, ensuring that the correct standard and methods of service are maintained as stated in the Departmental Operations Manual.

Job Requirements:
 
1.With 2 to 3 years experience in luxury hotel international chain on the same position or similar role
2.Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or any Food & Beverage Certifications
3.Proactive individual with a charismatic
4.Approachable character 
5.Must deal in a polite and sophisticated manner
6.Well presented, with an outgoing and friendly attitude.
7.Enthusiastic, courteous, helpful to colleagues & hotel guests
8.Enjoy working with a multi-cultural team and hotel guests
9.Excellent Guest Relation Skills
10.Excellent command of English language, both spoken and written
11.Multiple language ability is considered as additional advantage
