At the moment we're looking for an Income Auditor to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team,
based at Holiday Inn Downtown Dubai
As an Income Auditor you will
assist in the smooth running of the Hotel Finance department by assisting the
Cluster Finance & Business Support Manager.
As an Income Auditor, you will be responsible for:
daily revenue journals and distributing to the Management
weekly, monthly and yearly controls and audits as per IHG control
checklist and report any discrepancies
Beverage Sales by:
recording of guest checks on a timely
all voided checks, corrections and unsettled checks approved by the Restauant Supervisor
the buffet controls, especially over cash settled checks to prevent reuse,
ensuring all revenues are recorded
banquet controls are being adhered to
total outlet sales to total charges
all rebates and miscellaneous charges are supported by documentation detailing
credits, miscellaneous charges and paid outs, and sent to the Finance
Manager & General Manager for daily review
involving coupons, certificates, and vouchers are adequately controlled
and safeguards are in place.
pricing with the Micros Master List and correct the discrepancies
cash count for the Outlet Cashiers.
minimum of 2 years of experience in working in Finance/ Front Office
department within a hotel in a role which deals with the auditing function
degree in Finance/ Accounts
to delivering a high level of customer service
