Radisson Blu Hotel & Park Inn by Radisson Abu Dhabi Yas Island offers a great opportunity for passionate, energetic and dynamic culinary professionals to take on the position of Chef De Partie.

Chef De Partie – Cold Kitchen

The objective of this role is to prepare and serve high quality food products in line with appropriate food portion control and use of recipes by strictly following the HACCP guideline and regulation.

As a Chef De Partie, you are responsible for the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as: Support Sous Chef in the daily operations, supervisor the team, keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel, Ensures that section “mis en place” is set up on time according to functions as well as spoilage and wastage is kept to a strict minimum.

Desired candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar position within 4 or 5 star hotels and will show professional "Yes I Can" attitude and be used to work with a flexible schedule
