As the Club Director  you will be responsible to supervise the day to day operations of our Restaurant, Bar & Lounge in order to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards while aiming at satisfying and exceeding the guests' expectations.

Your further tasks are: to maintain high visibility in the Bar & Lounge to ensure smooth running of operations; to take corrective actions and handle guest complaints professionally; to support and look after special events and receptions held in the outlet; to manage and control stock ensuring par levels are maintained; to accomplish a set of administrative duties such as representing, leading, attending meetings, establishing required reports, scheduling, and forecasting; to participate in training, developing, coaching and managing directly reporting Talents; and finally to participate in the selection of Talent.

 

Requirements

We expect you to have 4 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations in five star properties.

Previous Middle East Experience is preferred.

You should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in Bar & Lounge Operations.

A College Degree or a Diploma in Hotel Management or in a related filed are required.

We expect you to have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Micros.

Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is a must. Proficiency in the Arabic language is beneficial.
