Job Description

The Assistant Revenue Manager position is the lead Revenue Management role in a hotel where the person has less than 2 years direct experience. The Assistant Revenue Manager is responsible for executing strategic and tactical implementation of Starwood Revenue strategy, maximizing hotel room revenue through effective pricing and inventory management. The functional responsibilities of this position support the Divisional Strategic Plan for Revenue Management, and are aligned with those of a Director of Revenue.



Requirements

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities.

He/She:

● Has 2 years experience;
● Preferably experience with Starwood Revenue Management system
● Has the ability to effectively communicate with other departments;
● Embraces and value operational guidelines and brand standards;
● Possess superior analytical skills;
● Has the ability to plan and prioritize in order to achieve deadlines;
● Has the awareness of maximizing the returns to all stakeholders.
