business and leisure travellers. (176 residence, 360 rooms, 7 F&B outlets,
one Events Centre)


 

We are currently searching for an Front Desk Agent to join our team. This challenging position has overall responsibility for daily audit control over the revenue, accounts receivable, food and beverage accounting and general accounting functions of the hotel to ensure accuracy and adherence to all policies and regulations.


Responsibilities include handling Check In and Check Out, ensuring that all room details are recorded accurately, ensuring that billing instructions are clarified upon arrival, up-dating the guest folio and balancing all transactions at the end of every shift.  You will play a key role in delivering our unique guest experience and will support the manager in the development of the junior team member through organizing & conducting trainings, motivating the team to increase skills and productivity. You will ensure that the hotel's brand standards are followed and adhered to. 



Required is a  1 year experience in and a solid understanding of Front Desk operation  in a 4 or 5 star hotel. Availability to work flexible hours across a 7 day operation is essential.  This 'hands-on' role involves enforcing company standards and policies and high levels of customer service. You will bring with you strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English is required.
