We currently have a vacancy for a Crowne Meeting Executive at Crowne Plaza Bahrain!

As a Crowne Meeting Executive you will serve as one of the main contacts for the Corporate, Wholesalers & meetings Planners. Ensure all requirements of the clients are met. Under the general direction of direct superior and within the limits of established InterContinental Hotels Group local policies and procedures, provide a co-ordination and administrative service for the hotel sales team to assist with revenue generation of the hotel. 





Qualifications and Requirements:
College degree or equivalent and at least 1-2 years of experience in similar role. Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.
 
This job requires ability to perform the following:
· Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds
· Standing and moving around the facility
· Handling objects
· Use a keyboard to generate various work-related documents
 
 
Other:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills required with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

  • Effective planning and management skills 

  • Effective training and presentation skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Good judgment in profiling and identifying best people for the campaign 

  • Good motivator 

  • Good Logic and Reasoning Skill

  • Excellent computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel experience preferred.

  • Ability to type at least 45 WPM.

  • Ability to maintain confidential information is critical

  • Mathematical skills, including basic math, percentages and variances are utilized frequently.

  • May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
