Job Description

 

We are looking to hire Customer Service Executive (Reservations)

Requirements:

  • Atleast 1 year work experience in Room Reservations is essential
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Fluency in second language such as Arabic, French, German, Mandarin or Italian will be an advantage
  • Outgoing, motivated individual.
  • Ability to maximise revenue by up-selling and promoting.
  • Knowledge of and ability to reach sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office aplications and Protel software
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
