Job Description

 

 

  • Welcome guests & assist them with check-in procedure . Offer cold towels and welcome drinks upon check in
  • Escort guests to the villa and explain the Products and services to the customer at all times.
  • Conduct room orientation for arriving guests & offer shoe polishing
  • Serve and assist the guests for the duration of their stay, as per the privileges listed on their facilities sheet.    
  • Identify guests needs and offer the highest standards of service
  • Conduct room checks before guest arrival to ensure that the room is clean and all room preferences and amenities have been arranged.
  • Attend to all guests requests, communicating and following up these with the other departments when necessary.
  • Ensures and reconfirms all bookings the guests’ requested prior to arrival such as tours, restaurant, spa treatments etc.
  • Assist with planning and organizing the holiday itinerary of the guests.
  • Prepare sun beds and beach beds  for guests.
  • Deliver guest laundry, newspaper and messages to the villas.
  • Ensure all guest history and preferences are updated in the guest profile and reviewed before guest arrival for guest recognition.
  • Conduct Housekeeping tasks together with Housekeeping attendants.
  • Information on customer problems is gathered in order to propose and deliver solutions
  • Handle guests complain and prompt responses is given  to the service needs of customers
  • To deliver the departure letters.
  • A positive personal image is presented to the guests at all times
  • The needs of customer are responded appropriately
  • All visitors  are received and offered assistance in an appropriate manner
  • Ensure turndown service is done and turndown  amenities are placed #
  • Prepare guests amenities and deliver. To conduct room service  and ensure clearance is done within a proper frame of time. No clearance should be left unattended.
  • Public areas are kept clear and tidy at all times
  • To ensure that all guests room supplies are replenish at all times
  • Pick up and delivery of laundry  of guests when requested
  • To ensure after each departure that mini bar is cleared from villas by F&B.
