As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible to assist in the preparation and service of all sections in the kitchen, in accordance with the established standards of QNCC.
You should have at least two (2) years of food preparation and culinary experience in a similar role, within a comparable establishment. You would ideally have basic culinary training, with good English communication skills. Having acquired a food hygiene certificate and HACCP training will be an advantage.
You will be required to work on shift rotation basis
