As a Captain, you are responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to guests in line with the standards of the hotel.
You will need to maintain complete knowledge of service requirements for assigned functions and complete opening side duties as assigned.
You will be reporting to Manager - F &B.

You should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role in a comparable or higher product hotel.
Additionally, you should have an excellent communication and team building skills. Fluency in English both written and spoken is required, Arabic speaker will be an advantage. Familiarity with Micros is desirable.Your work conditions
Work hours in restaurants may include early mornings, late evenings, holidays, and weekends.
