 JOB SUMMARY:
 
Responsible for the effective running and organization of the Outlet Manager, should be involved in the following function: planning, costing, delegation, evaluation, organizing, cost control, interviewing, selection, discipline, setting target, counseling, standards, appraisals, training, human relation, communication and coordination. Is responsible for the smooth operation and production of goods and services under his/her control and the resources available to him/her. Keeping a constant eye on the standard of the ingredients, the meals, the restaurant environment and the service.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role in a 5* Hotel Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
